Full Detector Scan

To scan a volume, one can apply the SinglePointScan for each single voxel. The graphical cut on the PSD can be made less expensive whenthe events are presorted to have fast access to individual pixels (e.g. one file per pixel).

Instead of processing voxel by voxel one can also go trough all PSD pixels on the frontscan. The advantage is that each event from the front dataset has to be loaded only once.
